Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return your merchandise for a full refund of product value if you are unhappy for any reason. Our return policy is simple. Within 15 days of purchase, you may return any item in its original condition for a full refund of product value. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions, gift cards, sale items or any products that are purchased using an incentive or coupon code are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from yapabeauty.com. Items sent as gifts from our website can only be returned by the original sender.
How to Return Merchandise
When sending in a return to yapabeauty.com please follow these instructions:

4. Include the packing slip with your return (if you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper)
5. Wrap the package securely

7. For your protection, if you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
